I've been to Tapas Brindisa. It's excellent.
Was pretty disappointed in Brindisa. Quite expensive for so-so food (pretty to look at but not particularly tasty), hit/miss service (table waiter was great, bar waiter forgot our order), and my poor housemate enduring a 1.5 hour wait for the table.
