Not sure if this is a rider or not, but rode past someone being treated by paramedics on a traffic island crossing this morning at around 8.40am Just before the Wellington Boat/Pub - Embankment was all backed up. BBC reporting road delays due to 'accident'
Saw no bike or car, but the location of where they were treating the patient suggested they were either knocked over or off.
Hope they have a speedy recovery
