Birmingham Museum's excellent exhibit depicting what black people are:

Its hard to make out, but the manequinn was well fat, wearing a really bad tracksuit with the bottoms pulled up really high. A silly string vest & medallions etc

Birmingham Alabama surely!!! Is this now? As in current? In the present?
