  • Got a full SRAM Force group for £280 about 2 months back, now having used it for around 1000 miles I really like it. Double tap is simple and straightforward, change in any position on the bars, even when your braking or when your sprinting , doesn't matter, it works, straight away, click, done!

Dropping gears quick is easy, just keep clicking as fast as your hands can, more or less instant down shift. Up shift is slightly slower but equally as positive IMO.

Brakes are sharp but not too aggressive.

Cranks are ok, I do feel they are wobbly somehow and lacking.

Front shifter is problem free, the 1 trim in the small ring is plenty ok if you set it as per instruction on the SRAM website. The big ring is made to accommodate all gears in the rear cassette, which i like a lot.

The only thing I've changed is the 53t ring to a 48t, since 53t is really unnecessary for me at least.
So now its a knee friendly 39-48 up front and all gear changes are quick and smooth as ever.

    Sram well worth it.
