2010 carbon centaur 10 spd levels (as well as the alloy version), you can 'hear' the click, but you don't quite feel it when shifting up, it's only the downshift is when you naturally can feel it.
AFAIK, it's normal for campag shifter to do this (the lack of positive click feel), which is why I chosen this over the Shimano equative.
