pj (pj) and pilky did amazing rides in the National Hillclimb today. Once the results are corrected, it's 11th place for pilky, and 24th for pj (pj).
pilky's done it in the more traditional roadman way, steadily racing into form, whilst pj (pj)'s used the method I favoured - twatting around for most of the year, and then going mental with climbing in September (in his case, notching up consistent top 5 finishes over in the West Country, plus a few in the North).
Amazing stuff. I wish I was still doing it* :)
(I'm sure there are a few other National HC riders who've posted on here, like Ax-man for example, but their postcount isn't as good as their climbing - great rides nonetheless)
