Inkymitts, my contact at the printer has just got back from spain. she says she can sort out some printing and post it down to you gratis. I was going to suggest maybe doing 2-300 a4 sheets of a6 sized cards 4 up? on something like 280gsm card? Then if you could cut them out. not sure about lamintating them but can ask.
