Got mine on saturday, up and running. Converted a couple of books from Project Guttenburg, so far so good. Calibre is a really good tool, how it integrates with the Kindle services is quite neat. I know its not hard since it's just email. But it works in a single click as stated. Going to pick up a few books from the Kindle store to compare the experience.
