Shoes and cleats

I could go to the LBS and ask ... but That Bloke is always there - who was is always a teency bit too patronising and asked rather too many questions about how well the lycra shorts fitted when I tried them on ... eeuww.

Name and shame.

Also I have some spare SPD pedals if you want to try before you buy - they are one sides with a big platform so ideal for starting out on the clipless path. They are these I would also lend you shoes, but unless you've got size 9 plates you'll be out of luck :-) I'm sure there may be other ladies willing to lend though
