Glad to hear you're alright and even more glad to hear that the driver might be getting it right in the arse.
I suppose in this situation, if they said you should know what he's going to do, ask him 'HOW', constantly says that until they realise there's no way you could've known, or the best solution is to ignore him (as in keep your mouth shut, smile and wave) and carry on riding (if there's no incident that has occured).
