People shouldn't sign up to phone contracts unless they are willing to pay for the whole term. Thats why its cheaper than pay as you go, you can't have both.
Lots of people join the army through school and college, some because they don't have any other options. They don't get to decide which war they fight in, legal or otherwise. Lots of soldiers do some pretty useful work.
Having an armed forces is a good thing, to allow us to step up in places where people need help. We need to do more of this though, and less of the illegal wars.
Perhaps if everyone was against the war in iraq and afghanistan, more would have gone to the stop the war coalition march.
We voted in a government that made that descision for us, now we've voted them out.
Having a big shared army might be a good idea, but not when there there are religious people invoved in descision making, or if america is involved at all.
Reduce the cost of your plan as much as possible then pay it off/give it to someone else.
