the 1inch spacers are for 1inch threadless forks. you have 1" threaded forks, so the spacers are 25.4 internal dia going on a 22.2mm external diameter stem (before you reach the 1.125" part).
i do not know how threadless stem adaptor should be installed so can help you no further, consult the installation leaflet that came with your adaptor.
