Tried to search on this but found nothing:
I have got one of these: http://www.sjscycles.co.uk/profile-design-stem-convertor-1-inch-quill-to-1-1-8-inch-threadless-prod20442/ on a bike with a fair bit of stem showing so ordered some of these: http://www.sjscycles.co.uk/dia-compe-headset-spacer-1-inch-alloy-black-prod22312/ to fit over the exposed stem. Problem is they don't fit flush with the stem as I think they should. They move about on top of one another (shifting a couple of mm horisontally) over time and I think contribute to loosening the stem.
Only thing I can think is they are the wrong size spacer but they definitly said 1" on the packet!
Any ideas?
