This bike looks dodgy to me.
Molteni Colnago's were team bikes for the Molteni team, pre-Eddy Merckx.
This was their colour scheme:

As you can see, these frames needed clips along the top tube as cable guides, whereas your frame has braze ons.
Also, the graphics are wrong, as is the headtube badge.
It might be the genuine article, but I've got my reservations. Maybe it was a replica sold in Belgian shops?
I'd do a bit more research into it before shelling out 300 euro.
