2010 BFF Polo Discussion and Spam

Can I please call for some clarity form someone who is capable of strining a whole thought together in one sitting;

Will the anything that crosses the line is a goal rule be changed?
Will the Euro Cheater Mallet rule stand? If so, will the BFF Comm be providing mallets to players who do not have non ECMs?

I want this answered in a public space which can be quoted if needs be.

Can we set a deadline of midnight tonight for that please.
Can I please get confirmation that this will be answered today.
