The committee should really pull their fingers out and make a statement and stick by it. As should the players if you dont like the rules you shouldnt play.
To me it seems really stupid for such a well establish (oldest london tourney) tourney to change the way teams are formed and essentially how polo is played.
I cant think of any reason why this is cool/clever/good to do?
