Get your injuries checked out, even if they are minor. If it turns out in a couple of months time that you actually broke your finger or something and didn't go to hospital to get it checked out originally you will probably be entitled to nothing.
My friend got gently knocked off his bike from behind once and got a few scratches and grazes; the insurance company paid him £50 just so they could tick of a box to say they settled injury damages.
