Last night my brother's lovingly enhanced Charge Plug Racer (with a multi-coloured chain, yellow front tyre, blue back tyre and pink handlebars) was stolen from outside a new gallery on Fortescue Avenue, London E8 3QB near London Fields.
The sods left behind just two bits of cut-off lock (these were good d-locks), neatly placed beside each other, and my bro's friend's beaten up mountain bike. Clearly discerning thieves.
Naturally we reported the theft to the police and will be checking the usual online marketplaces to see if it appears there, but I just wonder if anyone out there can advise us where else we could look? Brick Lane?
Or at least, perhaps you could take a look at the attached (sadly quite poor) photo of the bike, and let me know if you miraculously see it on your travels! It's a 'medium' frame.
It's such a distinctive bike so I fear it is already being dismantled in a workshop somewhere and reincarnated in another form but it never hurts to spread the word...

Thanks for you time.
