Speedvagen is part of vanilla cycles aka sacha white.
sacha, dario pegoretti and richard sachs are supposedly at the top of the tree when it comes to building steel frames (not everyone will agree)
they are built with oversize tubing so a million miles away from a quill stemmed 531 skidder or a keirin frame.
as to how it compares to other 'high end' frames i have no idea but check out the size of those stays and downtube, it's no nodders bike.
sometime this year Dario and Sacha (sounds like a drag act) are building a series of track frames together dunno if they are available yet.
Pegoretti and Ritchard Sachs also designed their own tubing which is made by columbus called pego-ritchie. it's basically like columbus spirit and slightly oversize for lugs if you want a new lugged frame to ride better than an old style lugged frame.
