The police officer were very good and helpful, especially when they now understood why I rode on the centre while the drivers is venting.
Police didn't decided I was in the wrong, just that the driver insist on me paying the dent which they think is unnecessary, but he still insist and got a crime reference number.
I didn't use deaf as an excuse, I was wearing headphone though as a way to make driver think I couldn't hear them while enjoying the sound of David Bowie.
