Is it time to start calling out bad cyclists?

I'm not welcome anywhere apart from bike paths, wich are on roads and paths, people walk in bike paths and drive in bike lanes, if theres a car in the bike lane and i se a clear path to get past that car i will use the path, if thers someone walking in the bike lane im using the path....

Speaking of cycle paths, that's one thing cycle training teach you to not trust them, cycle path/lane are poorly design and put cyclists at a greater risk to themselves.

Just because people walk in bike paths and drive in bike lanes does not give you a reason to jump a pavements.
