Make the careless/ maliscious motorists nurse the victims back to health. I could really spin a grazed elbow out...and they better hope I don't have cause to fake the requirement of a bed bath/ foot rub/ cleaning of my arse-crack since I wouldn't be able to reach it whilst injured.
