The guy behind matuzmaster is English. I've bought stuff off him via ebay and he's been great on communication and speedy delivery. I'd have no hesitation in using him again.
As for Aroogah's question, Italy is home to many commie pigs and they were sympathetic towards their comrades behind the Iron Curtain (which ran from Trieste, part of post-WWII Italy) so many Italian bicycle manufacturers supplied frames and other components to them.
