A year ago I bough a new pair Tektro R100A from CRC. Price was very, very attractive, incl shipment to NL.
Now these are sold out at CRC and other shops are more expensive, don't sell them or ask too much for shipping.
I can certainly recommend these levers, but it seems only USA shops sell them.
If you can still find them, please tell me, 'cause I want an extra pair.
For brifters:
Cheapest option is Sora (or ST-2200, 2300 or so). These have a reach adjustment screw.
Otherwise there are some other Shimano models with reach adjust. ST-R700, ST-R600, etc. (plastic inserts).
I think that several SRAM and CAmpagnolo levers have reach adjust, but I don't know exactly which models do or don't.
