We are moving! So there is a double room coming up in my current house in New Cross just by Telegraph Hill lower park if anyone is looking.
We are looking for a 4 bedroom house in South London...anywhere that is:
New Cross, New Cross Gate, Camberwell, Peckham, East Dulwich, Herne Hill, Brixton, Brockley, Lewisham, Deptford.....
Rent we can do £1400 ish PCM (maximum of £1700 pcm)
We can move pretty immediately (sooner the better) and need to move by 20th of September (ideally)
So if anyone is moving out of a nice place, or owns one and needs reliable tenants....this would be good.
All we ask is:
decent size rooms (at least 2 decent sized ones anyway, for 2 couples)
a living room space that isn't a cupboard
a working kitchen
NO DAMP / MOULD
Washer/Dryer
No psychopathic pyromaniac neighbours
Bonuses would be:
A garden / storage space for many many bicycles
Dishwasher
Multiple bathrooms
