I'll only list bike that I'll always regert selling;
Holdsworth: wasn't getting ridden, hate having a bike in the shed not getting the attention it deserve so sold to someone who appericate it a lots more (and I made sure of that).

Cheap dutch bike, heavy, flexy and single speed (advice: NEVER ask for a singlespeed dutch bike, get the one with at least 3 speeds), but it was super comfortable, can locked anywhere without worry, and a peach to ride, sold to fund the Globe which got stolen.

Bianchi Pista with track fork, first serious fixed wheel bicycles I've owned (and first one to ride brakeless), loved it to death, again sold to fund a new frame.

Bob Jackson: sold due to not realising that I actually needed a much shorter top tube than usual despite frame fitting me nicely (need 55cm TT instead of 57cm).

Condor Pista; it was perfect despite being ugly (open pro + phils, time atac, light miche crankset, etc.) easily the best fixed wheel bicycles I've ridden ever, light, nimble and shit-load of fun to ride, but sold due to medical reasoning, doctor told me to pack it in due to the extra bit of bones growing on my right knee;
