They're fine straight out of the box, even the pedal is decent.
Actually, changing the tyres to a Schwalbe Big Apple would be a good choice, but the current tyres (they varies for some reason) is fine.
I've just notice that the 'world bike' is now aptly 'bike' with 3 speeds, coaster brake and alu frame (pity);
