Nice one. It looks like you've got yourself a decent bike for hardly any money.
If I were to make one aesthetic recommendation, I'd suggest you get some chrome clips for the brake cable along the top tube (like these http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/DURA-ACE-TOP-TUBE-CABLE-CLIPS-/180542775085?cmd=ViewItem&pt=UK_sportsleisure_cycling_bikeparts_SR&hash=item2a09301f2d). Electrical tape works fine, but clips'll give it more retro flavour and make it zing.
