Well, haz bike, tinkered with things, seems to fit.
Next question:
Budget's been blown already and the Altura Arran 36 panniers I have are apparently only water replant. The other half says, stuff in bags, job done, I says, surely there are some cheap but decent (£40 for both) water resistant rear panniers out there?
