The bigger the wheel on the trailer, the better.
I have 16" on mine, and while it's fine, it restrict the length a bit otherwise it'd scrap on the road (as pictured) when going over a sleeping policeman for instance;
Jammy, if you can, try and swap the original wheel for the 22" wheelchair one if it's possible.
