This is the freewheel bike plan.

1. find/borrow/buy a bike which can have a high acceleration
   
2. Add Flat or riser bars to it
   
3. Put the back brake lever on the side which you hold the handlebars
   
4. Buy a good back brake, dual pivot or v-brake is a MUST.
   
5. Buy some BMX Kool Stop Brake pads and attach to the brake
   
6. Schwalbe tyres are good for me because they are thick and when you skid hard they wont be destroyed
