Well Ed, the top tube length at 56 is exactly what you want, and both seat post and stem height/rise are adjustable. As you will know, older frames - particularly touring-type frames - almost always have a longer top tube than seat tube; as well as slacker angles, that's what gives a more relaxed ride and long-distance comfort. Price drop to £65.
