I understand that this might not be the right place to sell etc, but I'm trying to save for a new build, It's easier for me to advertise here before banging it on the bay.
I picked this up a couple of years ago at Paris photo 2008, where I met Rinko. The revised edition is going for £95 @ photobookstore (http://www.photobookstore.co.uk/photobook-aila-_signed%5E.html)
