re peugeot 553 -- just bought a peugeot performance 5000 553 crmo double butted downtube, shimano 300 changers, ofmega front cranks and rigida deep dish rims plus shimano rsx levers not bad for £65 with original documents etc -- the frame is seamless, but feels heavier than my old peugeot 501 , but cant wait to give it a whirl -- i had never heard of 553 but haave seen 653 peugeots for sale on e-bay , mainly the perthus model
