The cants on it will probably be fine with new pads cables e.t.c you could use any threadless stem with shims for a stoker stem you just need to decide how long it needs to be. Also I'd keep the cranks set as replacing will be mega pricey, maybe a clean up and replacement of any worn rings will be all that is needed.
