go to a car main dealer and ask for the touch up sticks, it's a tube of paint the size of a fat marker pen with a little brush inside, as its from a main dealer it will be expensive...ie about a tenner, though the paint (is good quality) will be a good match if you look hard enough..otherwise something the equivalent of halfords...spray a little onto a saucer and paint it in.
