No, to get the carbon version its an extra +£75. Im thinking of doing the same to my colnago tbh, I havent built it up yet but im not sure how im going to get on with friction shifting and nearly 20 year old parts!

Is that the levers as well?

Personaly, I would'nt buy the black alloy stuff, it looks a bit cheap (IMHO). Silver alloy or carbon. I actually think the silver veloce looks really nice TBH.
