after arriving, i spoke to the victim, then the driver, then tended to the victim a bit. next time i looked up the car was gone!? had a bit of a panic that the guy had legged it but my witness said he just went to park around the corner. which he did, and returned shortly thereafter, thankfully.
clefty i bet you thought i'd rammed the poor bloke... damn fixie skidders!
