I was first to the scene. Poor guy got hit by a car that was doing a left out of one of the side streets. The bloke tom was pretty shaken but i think mostly in shock, he was doing better in the ambulance afterwards. just scrapes i think.
I hope I did everything right... got witness details, driver details (he was apologetic and totally admitted fault), locked up the victim's bike.
