Chiswick - one of the most expensive places in the country to live but still the most ancient CCTV system in existence.
I got a parking ticket years ago in Chiswick and proceeded to make a huge fuss on the "W4 forum" by accusing their cretinous warden of victimizing me. They used their CCTV to try to prove me wrong, detailing every single time I'd parked in a particular space etc - so be persistent and you may get a result. At the time they were VERY unwilling to assist until I told them the same guy had stood next to my car every time I'd parked it.
