Likewise for my gf. She was instrumental in persuading me to go padded commando. She also persuaded her dad although he does put on a pair if Y's if it's a little chilly. (My gf is a daily commuter and an interested level triathlete). There are types of padding that she won't buy though to avoid chaffage.
