yes. the crown race ( the bit that the bearings run on at the top of the fork) needs to be bashed off and bashed obnto the new fork and presto.
the only difference with integraated headsets compared to normal ones is that the cups are part of the frame and not removable/replaceable (withought a massive lot of work). so if you buy a langster (eg), dont buy a new king (eg) headset for it cos you cant use it.
