Fantastic day
hard work with headwind all day. Had to push pedals to descend most of the time.
Chris had to train home due to back problems. Felt utter sympathy watching him painfully dismount so hope it resolves soon.
Top of ditchling was shrouded in cloud and a huge wind. It was fittin and gorgeous when the clouded whisped apart to reveal peeks of countryside.
Much slower than expected and felt like hard work pushing against the wind. But barring the very beginning and end we managed to avoid the rain.
More similar disorganised affairs to follow.
