max its becoming very common to shoot video on dslr's nowadays - the appeal is that lenses are easily interchangeable and the cost of a camera is far less than any traditional video camera which is of equal picture quality. A lot of people are using the canon 5D mkii - search it on vimeo

Oh I know dude, I still think it's awesome though. The Canon 5D MKII looks insane. The 5D is my favourite camera ever.
