They are pretty much the same wheels are'nt they? They both look like a good budget chioce to me.
Novatech hubs laced with 32 double butted spokes (2.0/1.8/2.0) to medium depth alex DA28 rims (26mm depth, 480g).

We are talking very small differences here. But the first wheelset will be a bit tougher, and will ride slightly stiffer (but 6mm extra depth is probably unnoticable). It also uses a pretty solid rim (cant see what the second wheelset uses). Add to this the fact that they are from a proper internet shop (easier returns), and I'd go for the first ones (well I would'nt cuz they're ugly. but thats just taste).
Not much in it though.
