Splitting the league will solve the issues of teams not being able to get their games played as they will have less games to play.
I also think that teams with less free time should consider getting a fourth player, this will work too.
I'm against encouraging/enforcing forfeits in all forms.
I like playing polo too Aidan, which is why I want teams to play more often, with less restrictions (the league can be stifling as well as tiresome).
