All-star line-ups or whatever you want to call it will not only tend towards excluding non-London players, but will be nowhere near as good as teams 4-6 at MCR.
As mentioned above, Berlin has already made provision for late entries, so if you miss out on a spot at MCR and are committed then there's your chance.
