Apparently a soldier had died under the wheels of a lorry due to him trying to dodge a nasty pothole.

What a total waste of a life- all thanks to the original maintenance contract getting filtered through various companies each skimming their bit off the top.

Apparently the hold was filled up the next day. Says it all
