Apparently a soldier had died under the wheels of a lorry due to him trying to dodge a nasty pothole.
What a total waste of a life- all thanks to the original maintenance contract getting filtered through various companies each skimming their bit off the top.
(Apols if this has been covered but did a little search and fond nothing)
