Yeah totally. Depending on your mac you can use the line in to run a signal from the amp into Garageband. You need a phono to minijack (3.5mm) cable.
The pain in the ass with this, and most methods of vinyl capture, is that unless you can be bothered to separate the individual tracks on the vinyl into new Garageband 'projects' then you get one side of a record per project.
I actually quite like this, since it means you end up with mp3's that are 20/30 minutes long, just like listening to the reeeeeel thing.
